The Pumpkin Eater

Horrorfest has just under a week left and collectivly they have raised just over half of their goal to send to The Epilepsy Therapy Project. This is a really great cause and to help try and raise them closer to their goal I shall assult your eyes with another awesome look I put together using many items I found at Horrorfest or on their sim wide hunt. You shoudl definaly check out the event if you havn't already and buy some stuff to help contribute to The Epilepsy Therapy Project in style!

I do so love this Jack-O-Lantern corset that Dilly Dolls put out for the event it brings me back to my Kawaii side but lets me add the darker side that has gripped me firmly for the past month or so (I think Kaylith might be rubbing off on me more than I realized). And because MIASNOW inspired me to go wild piecing together this Make-Up combo with all of the options that she put out for Horrorfest I have to zoom in some to show you just how awesome the pieces are!

I had to use quite a few layers to get the effect I was looking for, but they were easy to overlay and they all fit together so well that I couldn't help myself when I played with them. And yes, my close-up semi fails as a close-up, but I couldn't bear to crop off the corset or the fun nail polish I found to be that final finishing touch. Although, If you head over to my Flickr page you can click through to see the pictures original size and then you can see all the awesome details including the eyes, which have a name that got me thinking and thus inspired the name of my post. Walk The Plank

So I almost forgot to blog this after taking the picture but I remembered! I won't make myself walk the plank tonight. But anyways, Kre-ations is finally back full force with some slight modifications including a new main store location and a name revamping! What was once Kre-ations is now Cubic Cherry Kre-ations! Lots of cute new stuff out already and this post is only barely going to scratch the surface of it all!

But yes I accidentally decided to be a pirate! Once I paired the Twisted Hunt prize boots form Dilly Dolls with this dress and the adorkable eyepatch Pirate is the only thing I saw, and well with the sword from The Arcade being lent to me I couldn't help myself but to take my look to the high seas! Violet Girl

So I was daring again and played with the new Jordan skin line from cStar. Mixed it with some shiny jewelry from Cute Poison and an outfit from Zombie Suicide and then paired it with the new heels from Dilly Dolls and wallah Violet Girl!

Glutton for Fashion

So I will keep this kinda short and sweet for my rambles because the credits alone are a long as a couponer's receipt! I came across these ADORKABLE Corsets and Lingerie Sets ages ago and loved them but could not afford them at the time. Forgotten Rainbows

RAINBOWS EVERYWHERE!!! Well at least forma few of my favorite stores! I have to say I am quite happy with Forgotten Closet's "Hippie/Rainbow" theme they have going on right now. It totally got Cute Poison and Zombie Suicide to release rainbow stuff that I was able to pounce on! Add that to +Blue Blood+'s Rainbow Twisted Krissmuss Dresses and I am totally on top of the rainbow right now! Not only did I find some new stuff that screamed my name but I totally got the perfect excuse to buy the rainbow boots at Dilly Dolls that I have been eyeing for a month but had zero clue what I could and would wear them with! Problem totally solved!

While teleporting to Dilly Dolls and waiting on the sim to rez around me I noticed this rainbow blur off in the corner and had to investigate, thus leading me to discover her rainbow hording octopus that reminded me that i had Arms and a purse I could wear on them. I can't believe I almost forgot I owned this adorable purse form katat0nik, but then again I hardly ever get purses in SL because I don't have to have a phone or a wallet or a book on me. (Yes, I am a nerd IRL, I carry a book/Nook in my purse at all times and won't buy a purse unless it fits the aforementioned objects.)
