Underneath The Water

So between packing for another move IRL and other distractions I almost missed getting this post out before the events finished, but I didn't and you need to stop what you are doing and run to We <3 Role-Play and the Fantasy Faire TODAY before they close. Especially Fantasy Faire since there are many Faire Exclusives you wont be able to get once the fair closes and I'm only showing off a couple that got my attention right away. Soul got my attention with the bright colors and it was hard to choose just one, but in the end I settled on this beautiful teal limited edition that had the entire proceeds going to Relay For Life. After that I had to figure out how not to cover up the gorgeous markings all over the beautiful skin, while still keeping to my self imposed coverage I keep on my blog and I lucked out again while wandering the Faire. Storybook came out with tentacles that fit the bill and  happened to be colorful enough to match and point my attention to the water. Do What You Wanna Do

Guys! Guys! I can finally share why I was really slow to pick up blogging this month! The first week of December I was selected to take part in the December issue of ECLIPSE Magazine's Ways to Wear section. This round was special because it pits bloggers against certified models. So I was assigned three different items and had to come up with a look for each of them. Luckily for me that was the hard part, as the wonderfully talented Anderian Sugarplum was in charge of the photography for the magazine. So please go check out this issue and especially dive in to the section that starts on page 152 and vote for who you think wore it best! Moving On Up

If you haven't noticed that I've been quiet this month you haven't really been paying attention. But on the bright side I have a very good reason for the radio silence! I am moving out of my parents house into my own place and as such I've been TRYING to pack like a crazy person. I still don't have half of what I need to packed and as such I'm forcing myself to pull away from SL, other than clearing my messages, until I get all moved in. So Pose Fair 2015 is right around the corner and //elephante poses// has a bunch of new poses out. The first one I decided to play with was one of the ballet sets because I have always wanted to do one, but have struggled when the time came to do it and this piece just sort of fell into place.

Out Of The Darkness

So how about the skin fair right? I have totally fallen in love with Soul since rediscovering her work at the fair this year. This time I braved fitting one of the new mesh Kissers to my shape, and as I was thinking it was far too easy with all the tools she provides with the mouths. Not only did I explore her stall at the booth and take in more of the variety, but I wandered back to her shop and found the awesome variety of fantasy ears she has created. I think this set will be my new favorite when I decide to go a little fantasy but I suspect I will be going back for more. A Rose By Any Other Name

Probably wouldn't have as many thorns, but I'm pretty sure it just wouldn't be the same thing. Anyways I know I seem to have a rose thing going on lately but you can blame the creators for that because for the past 2 months roses have been like the flower to appear on all the things. But this post started being plotted back before Valentines day when Jaimy leaked the preview for these shoes and I already knew then I had to have them. And I have to say this is one of those times where "Good things come to those who wait" defiantly applies.

As soon as I saw the final advertisement (which I totally had to post too because it is a work of art in itself - Go Fave the Picture on Flickr) I was floored, and thus I spent the free time I had opening day of Whore Couture spamming to teleport into the sim just to buy the shoes and the body jewelry. Thanks to the dark arts themed Genre this time round when I saw this new "spring" hair from Olive my mind twisted it just a wee bit... That may also have to do with the fact that the Spring Twisted Hunt is starting but that is neither here nor there for this post. Anyways, while I still haven't actually been able to get into the Arcade thanks to my inability to be online during non-peak hours, the Olive hairs I got my mitts on are quite adorable and the amount of color options make it very versatile!

So cStar has been quite lately and today I started to learn why. So now that I got this shiny new computer up and running I was going to *try* to play catch-up on some of the awesomeness that I missed out blogging last month. Sometimes you're a creature of the night, sometimes you have to fight them. Sometimes you're an innocent schoolgirl, sometimes you're a badass dresses as a schoolgirl for the lulz. Either which way you roll you gotta look good doing it.

Sn@tch never steers me wrong with her wonderful pieces that I can mix and match depending on my needs/mood. And pairing it with an .Olive. Hair and a pose to bring out my badass side totally takes this look from gothic school girl to gothic badass.
