The Interloper

I have always been and I will always be different. This being said, there's not much else that gets me as excited as the color chartreuse. Well, except maybe this alien sphynx and triangle skirt that also happens to be chartreuse. Where is this from, you may be asking yourself? Well, the answer to that is Titzuki. The creator has a mind I appreciate and creates things in such a strange a different vision and for their own enjoyment. Titzuki's trashbag skirts are a rigged mesh skirt with standard sizing and TMP sizes, initially fitted for male shapes form what I gather, but with a little shape adjustment I didn't have any issue getting it to fit. I mean come on, I NEEDED to style this. With strappy boots and a top to match, I think I have crafted one of my all time favorite looks. Boys To The Bone had some pretty awesome poses that I felt fit so perfectly with the attitude of this look. I think I can say it's a bit out of this world, nyeheheheh.

Freedom Abandon

Unlike many, I am not afraid of the color green. In fact, it's actually my favorite color (well, more specifically chartreuse). This outfit from Zibska that is currently at PENUMBRA A/W FW 2015 is one I am not seeing a lot of people braving to style and enjoy, so I tried my hand at styling it. I actually quite love it because of how out of the norm this outfit is, even for being more on the casual side. Senka features a rigged mesh top and drop crotch pants in standard sizing, as well as two unrigged pieces for the top. The unrigged pieces for the top feature ribbons on the front and sharp looking spikes on the back, reminding me of the the quills of a porcupine. I will be honest and say it is a bit more challenging to fit the unrigged pieces perfectly, but it is not impossible! It just takes a little bit of patience. I decided to put my own dark spin on it with a pitch black bob cut, adding in taped guts from Sinistyle, demon hands and feet form Titzuki (which have appliers), bold makeup from Nuuna, and the perfect green lips from Zibska. For posing, I created my own since there was not much out there that came even remotely close to what I was seeing in my mind; anything else would not portray the feeling of this photo as I intended, even if the interpretation has been left open.

You're Just A Copy Of An Imitation

I wasn't born with enough middle fingers.

Recently I did a dark oriented photoshoot in the real world and it really brought me back to my roots of style. I LOVE to shock people. Real life and Secondlife, I'm an outrageous person. So naturally, I decided to channel the earlier style of a certain Shock Rocker I'm pretty sure we all know, but with my own personal take and touches. The outfit pieced together with ease, but when it came time to finding the right makeup I absolutely would not settle for just buying something like anyone else would. I do what I want and I make what I want in Secondlife, so I flung open photoshop and spent a considerable amount of time hand drawing my own personal makeup. Once I was happy, I set out to one of my favorite locations with middle fingers blazing.

Raw - Blogger Challenge

The challenge this round is to take a step back from the post processing that has become somewhat of an obsession, not just in RL but in SL as well, and take a raw shot in SL with a natural windlight and post it unedited (cropping doesn't count against you) showing what raw means to you. Well here is my image and the only edit I did other than crop it was shrink the overall image down, because I take my picture way too big and then have to shrink them down, and add my watermark.

Raw to me goes beyond unedited it means not hiding and in essence "wearing your heart on your sleeve" so for this post I wanted to show some surface damage as much to show a visible 'flaw' as to show that we outwardly tend to hide our scars from others. Tears running down my face smearing my makeup to show the raw feeling and emotions we tend to hide from the public eye. The outfit, that of a submissive, shows that we all tend to submit to this idea of perfection and work towards it. The tape and ribbons tangling and binding my hands and feet to show how intertwined and tied into this web we find ourselves in. Chipped nail polish on my finger to show how the world chips away at us trying to break us down and fit us into it's mold as we claw our way through life. I may have over thought this post just a bit, but I did enjoy breaking it down in my head as I worked to compleate it. And the time I saved having to otherwise edit the picture...

So I saw the GoT inspired collars from Noodles and I had to get my hands on it and so I did! and well from there the rest of the look just kinda fell into place with the dragon and the hair that instantly brought a certain Khaleesi to mind. Revenge Is A Dish That Is Best Served NOW

So the other day I stumbled upon .DirtyStories. on Flickr and I instantly fell in love with their grungy accessories. Pretty sure they are now going to have to be worked into my RP Character too once I acquire some grenades that is... Anyways some how I managed to start with the armband I had my eye on and a whole look sprouted up from there.

Razor made it too easy with these ever versatile pants. The Hud has soo many options I had a hard time settling. Wasabi Pills got my attention with their new hairs at Fantasy Faire and while this isn't one of the new releases for the faire, I did find it on the wall at their area and had to claim it along with the new hair. And boy are these ears growing on me. Probably only because I keep lucking out with the skin tones I chose having an easy one button click match on the HUD but hey the fact that I can do that is still impressive since normally my tones are off just enough to dive a girl's OCD mad. And one more thing before i end my ramble I'm glad Cute Poison finally came out with something else for my neck. I love her collars and necklaces and she needs to make more! *COUGHS*SAE.GET.ON.IT.NAO*COUGHS* And enough of my ramblings!

So much for getting back on track how I wanted last month. I know not to jinx myself like that now. We managed to cap our internet thanks to marathoning Netflix in three different rooms at the same time during the snow so by the time I had this look almost ready I wasn't allowed on the net to do much of anything but clear messages so now that I have net again time to finish what I started! Familiar Taste Of Poison

All of a sudden Halestorm is blasting in my ears and my rocker edge style came to the surface. Walk The Plank

So I almost forgot to blog this after taking the picture but I remembered! I won't make myself walk the plank tonight. Come To The Darkside

WE HAVE CUPCAKES! Not really but we have brand new sexy stuff from a new store on the grid that I am sure to start blogging A LOT if he keeps this up. So without further ado I shall introduce you to my take on {DarkWare}.

Not only are his mesh creations uber sexy but he is a softy for those of us that don't particularly love to show off the goods. His corset comes with a nice tanktop to cover the boobs and has appliers for those out there that like the Tangos, but it shows off the nipples (You can see a picture of it here) and I will admit I kinda whimpered when I saw it. But anyways, we were talking about different styles and how bloggers show off the clothing and how I tend to be one of the more conservative bloggers out there with how much skin I show and how I show it off and as we were talking he was apparently making a non-nipple version of the tank just for me so I wouldn't have to go digging around to find something that matched that I would feel comfortable blogging. I know this isn't the norm, and many creators already do this or don't have the time to do it with everything they have going on, but Vox's customer service even for something so simple has just blown me away and he has a long time customer in me. But anyways new store on the marketplace = total win = gothy goodness = GO BUY ALL THE THINGS! *end rant*

Fruit Ninja

Because it is summer and I got that random urge to eat something I don't really even like that much this week... Yes, I live in the south it is a sin but I actually don't really care for Watermelon! And thus besides eating it, and then burping it back up for the next 3 hours (For the record it really doesn't taste good the second time). I also created a look based off of the adorkable items Kre-ations has brought out that are watermelon themed and running with it. Thus a Fruit Ninja!

And a Fruit Ninja just seems to fit into a jungle. Thus I used my awesome ninja skills to stand still long enough for the jungle animals to come out and play! But now I have revealed my ninja identity and must change my appearance and go back into hiding.

I am gonna make this a quick and ...dirty... post. Well not really dirty because I made sure the nipples were not visible for the version that I am posting here. Yes the new cStar skin still has me totally obsessing. with 200 different skins it is hard not to want to pull them all out and play, so play I have. This time I got a little Punky with my Goth and am serving up so "fireceness" as RuPaul would say. Yes, I am a RuPaul's Drag Race fan and just finished watching the season 5 premiere. So now that I've seen the premier I can get back to werk.

I really don't know why I keep forgetting I have these boots! I seriously LOVE them they have that rocker girl feel that I love and always look for but can't ever find boots for and here they are right in my inventory... And this dress! So glad I bought it when it was on sale at an event when it first came out. I knew it would come in handy and I was right! It totally makes this look werk.

With how much I've been bragging about and loving on this skin I figured it was about time I gave you some face. I totally love all the detail on this skin and how it just POPS! Not to mention the limited edition eyes and Lashes for sale by the gatcha machines. They totally add to the look of the skin but don't drag your attention away with their detail. It's a perfect blend.

The Queen

After running around the Around the World Event I came home with enough goodies I needed a second blog post to show them off. What better way to do that then by grabbing the sexy male that is Kaylith alter-ego Devian and holding him down for a picture. I have to say the sexy leather jacket and skirt that I found when wandering around the event totally gave me a feeling of power and I don't think Devian minded one little bit...

But yeah this "date" got my ego fluffed up a little and totally cheered me back up after being sick and stuck in real life the past week and a half. I can totally make boys cry from melted hearts with my sexy looks as well as look totally adorable and kawaii depending on my mood. All the credits for this picture go to Kaylith. Not only did she take the awesome picture, she totally even had the pose half planned out before I suggested we do a picture together.

A Witchy Halloween!

It is that o so wonderful month filled with tricks and treats! Magic is in the air and the leaves are changing colors and falling down to crunch under our feet. Can you tell I really love October? I am pretty sure it is my favorite month with all the fun Halloween stuff and the adorable hoodies I get to wear IRL cause the temperature is finally cold enough here to wear one without breaking a sweat. Wait step back I said Halloween and that is the reason I am sitting here rambling! The awesome store owners over at the Cute Poison sim (Sae Laun, Ghanima Uriza, Isis Zamin, and Obyri Nightfire) teamed up this year to bring us their Halloween Specials, which is a creepy church full of awesome Halloween special edition goodies at outrageously cheap prices! My piercings were only 50L$, the necklace was only 75L$, and the top and pants were only 50L$ a piece. I'm not even wearing half of the awesomeness, and sadly I'm only wearing stuff from 2 of the 4 stores participating, that they have out already! Plus there is promise of more goodies as the month goes on! This is definitely worth running over to take a look at.

Plus starting the 15th they have a scavenger hunt that I will totally be all over! The Cute Poison sim is a must visit this October to get in the Halloween spirit and have some fun!

Gothic Vengance

I may be a rainbow whore, but I still love my share of black. The beautiful Gothic Cross Mix and Match outfit from Vengeful Threads called to me from across the store, while I was snagging the colorful mini dress from my last post. I love to mix and match pieces, as anyone who saw me modeling at +DV8+ might remember, and this outfit presented the perfect opportunity to play.

Gowns just get in the way of any gothic princess at play, but a gothic princess never leaves her attitude or diadem far from hand. Also yay more playing with the photo.
