Summertime Sadness

I know it's not even summer yet but this warm weather and the new piercing from Cute Poison got the song stuck in my head and I can't get it out. HALP!

Either way I decided to play it up with bright colors and then happened to accidentally find the perfect backdrop at the newly redone AlterEgo sim so Tahdah! I share a bit of the bright skies I have outside right now before our pending summer showers.

Hot Temper With The Shortest Fuse

So Suicidal Undead came out with this cute frilly outfit for the Monochromatic Fair and I couldn't resist especially since it is the prime example of what first came to mind when I heard about the fair.

I don't know what else to really say other than that I had too much fun keeping this whole look in the white to black color scale. And to send you off to visit the fair before it ends and maybe join the party that starts at 4PM SLT!

When All Is Said And Done

AlterEgo has re-grabbed my attention after I fell away from it for some reason and I can't help but wonder what I ever thought was missing in the first place. Maybe I just got grumpy during the start of the appliers craze since big boobs and an even bigger butt don't appeal to me 9 times out of 10. But there is just something about AlterEgo that is drawing me back. And this time I might be here to stay. Shirts with built in bigger boobs so I don't have to mess with appliers and system layers pants that I can tuck into my favorite boots and not look like I jumped back to 2012. And loads of the edgy style that I am slowly leaning towards as of late. Either way AlterEgo is back in my mix.

I fell in LOVE with this Photo Prop Scene and I'm sure I will use it more than once because of the variety it has built in plus the other endless possibilities with all the different angles and my sneaky poseball usage.

Fetch Will Never Happen

So tea.s came out with some new poses for pose fair and I have to say she brought back memories. Her set "So Fetch" instantly brought back images of Gretchen Wieners and Regina George going at it and all of the fun cat fights that Mean Girls brought to the silver screen. Either way time to enter the urban jungle!

The 100 Block is FULL of awesome things and I know I've been showing a few of them off but I had to take it one step further and I decided to enter a picture into The 100 Block Photo Contest. Be One With The Bubbles

Because they took over a few of the shops at Pose Fair 2014 and I am thoroughly enjoying them! Especially on a beautiful spring day, namely Easter, with all my fun spring time watercolored goodies from Collabor88. Who could resist the fun when the weather starts to warm up after a burst of April showers? Now because I was having a terribly hard time deciding between poses YOU GET THREE DIFFERENT ONES! I am posting them in 1, 2, 3 order so we can keep them straight though it doesn't matter because you totally need to just go get them ALL.

The first is from . Infiniti . and happens to be part of the first bubble set I stumbled upon at the fair. There are quite a few other bubble themed packs located here as well definitely worth checking out for a variety.

Pose two and three are both from tea.s. I stumbled upon these poses a few sets later and couldn't resist them either. ALL OF THE BUBBLES!

So what goes better with bubbles? A fun spring dress and Collabor88 had just the one for a rainbow whore like me to snatch off the shelves! I'm calling it my "Easter Dress" and am refusing it take it off today. Especially since it pairs so nicely with all my pearls from Maxi Gossamer. Now if I can just avoid tripping over those adorable bunnypups that keep popping up underfoot! Anyways at this point I'm rambling and since it is Easter,and my RL Sister's 21st birthday I should probably go rejoin the family...

Second Star To the Right

And straight on to Pose Fair! I still cannot get over the fact that I am an -Official- Blogger for Pose Fair 2014. Today was the blogger preview and I was FLOORED. It took me over an hour and a half to walk around the whole set-up admiring it and all of the poses. My L$ wallet is almost empty and it hasn't even started yet. I'm sure I will be fighting to get back in on the 19th with the rest of you to buy up those poses I didn't grab today because I will remember it when I go to blog and kick myself for not grabbing it when I didn't have to fight for access to the sim. There is something for everyone from the family photos with the kids, to the poses for making said kids, to the fashion poses, to the poses for just hanging out with friends. The sim set-up is breathtaking and I know my fellow geeks will enjoy some of the little things that pop out at you. I listened to the notecard I got when I landed and I promise you wont regret it. Even with the higher settings, which made me lag on the almost empty sim (yeah my comp is THAT BAD at times), I was still able to navigate and the effects are amazing. You will not regret the added effects as long as your computer can handle them and the lag of the people you just fought off to get on the sim. Anyways on to the sneak peek that is the purpose of this post!

You know you really love a store when you buy a pose pack without even bothering with the trial pose stand because that takes time and you have a whole fair to shop and you know that you will use the poses at some point. I took one look at the ads for the two exclusive Pose Fair Pose Sets from Ploom and threw my L$ at the wall. And Razor did similar with the dress he put out for this round of the Seraphim Social. I didn't waste time with the demo since I wear enough of his mesh to know how the sizing normally runs and I must say it still fit like a glove. I love the cutout details and decided to halfway stick with the "Hitchhiker's Guide To The Galaxy" theme and make myself up a little "out-there" and wandering around Pose Fair just thoroughly cemented that idea. Anyways I think I've rambled and taunted you enough for one post. ALSO YAY 200th POST OMG!!!

When you give me an epic pose pack before an event opens. I've been sitting on the new Fierce Poses Pack from Apple Spice for like a week now and I can't do it any more! The Poses are an Exclusive Release for Pose Fair 2014 that open on April 19th at 12:00PM (noon)! I know thats almost a week out yet but I can't help my excitement! Or you can wait till it gets closer to Pose Fair so you aren't stuck wanting something for an entire week before it comes out.
