"We were too dumb to run, too dead to die."

Every time I turn around, Zibska make something new that I completely love. This time, Zib created these monotone Aphra eyes (24 patterns via HUD) that instantly made me say, "I think it's about time I do another Marilyn Manson style post." So while listening to his older music, a flurry of flying clothes, and some time later I emerged with a look that draws inspirations from his 90's era. Black leather, fishnet, long gloves (my favorite long leather gloves), and a drawn silver grill were my choices and I think they went together quite well. The mesh corset top form Zibska, Belinde, comes with 20 colors and the booted leggings also from Zibska come with 30 colors, both controllable via HUD.  For the makeup, I used one of Zibska's newest lipsticks plus some of her older eyeshadow, and my favorite black eyeliner from cStar. As for posing, there is literally no good Mason-esque poses for females, so I made my own. An expression HUD and a little photo manipulation later, I had the perfect unsettling grin that pays patronage to the shock rocker himself.

Under Her Spell

Thanks to the dark arts themed Genre this time round when I saw this new "spring" hair from Olive my mind twisted it just a wee bit... That may also have to do with the fact that the Spring Twisted Hunt is starting but that is neither here nor there for this post. Anyways, while I still haven't actually been able to get into the Arcade thanks to my inability to be online during non-peak hours, the Olive hairs I got my mitts on are quite adorable and the amount of color options make it very versatile!

And we can't forget the Sn@tch! I don't know what magic dust she puts on her tutus that makes me actually like them but whatever it is it's working because I just could not pass this outfit up.

Self Rescuing Princess

Sometimes you need a knight in shining armor...
Sometimes he turns out to be a loser in aluminum foil...

Either way I tend not to be a girl that lets a guy treat me like a princess without making him feel like a prince in return. Besides I'm a control freak and thus I tend to have to save myself....

Either way SN@ATCH made sure I felt like a princess this week restoring my crown and bringing forth all of the jewelry a girl would need. Pair it with a hair-do fit for a princess and well I may be feeling a little high and mighty.

Beached

Well my recent addiction to Glam Affair has been solidified by the most recent group gift. A skin in just about my perfect tone with rainbow make-up. It was totally different from what I thought I was getting as the poster showed, and even so I fell more and more in love with it as I was playing with it. And with a name like Sea Nymph well I had to take the mermaid route especially with all of the fun water themed stuff coming out this summer at the different events around the grid.

Between this beautiful hair from Tableau Vivant at the arcade and the beachy themed stuff all over Collabor88 it was not hard to piece this together. Especially with the full set of Mermaid poses that Elephante Poses put out for We <3 RP this round to play with until the tail fit instead of flopped.

Walk The Plank

So I almost forgot to blog this after taking the picture but I remembered! I won't make myself walk the plank tonight. But anyways, Kre-ations is finally back full force with some slight modifications including a new main store location and a name revamping! What was once Kre-ations is now Cubic Cherry Kre-ations! Lots of cute new stuff out already and this post is only barely going to scratch the surface of it all!

But yes I accidentally decided to be a pirate! Once I paired the Twisted Hunt prize boots form Dilly Dolls with this dress and the adorkable eyepatch Pirate is the only thing I saw, and well with the sword from The Arcade being lent to me I couldn't help myself but to take my look to the high seas! The Devil's Carnival

Because when I saw the twisted theme for this round and a certain bag that Olive put out for The Arcade I knew what this first post would be coming back from playing some RL. So I've hit the first few must hit stops on the Twisted Hunt that I know of from years past (Namly MV and Sn@tch) and then went to raid the gatcha machines at The Arcade and came back with a few gems that just screamed "Welcome to the Devil's Carnival" and since the epic movie "The Devil's Carnival" is one of my favorites ever right up there with "REPO: The Genetic Opera" and "The Devil Wears Prada" I found it only fitting!

Above is the overall haul but with all the awesome in one picture I feel it loses some of it's detail (even when you click here to see the full size version on Flickr) so I took some close up shots too!

This skin maybe over a year old but it is still to this day one of my favorites and one of the now hardest to find skins from cStar as far as I know because no one wants to give it up! The new piercings from Cute Poison just accent it so nicely, especially since I bribed Sae to make me a red version, which is especially odd because normally I'm bribing her for rainbow... Either way paired with this beautiful hair that i was lucky enough to nab second try in the Exile Gatcha at The Arcade and I think I have a face any mother would love!

PS - These Boots! I will let them do all the talking because they explain why I spent way too much at The Arcade (Besides trying to get the Unicat Chibi Cat from Schadenfreude and one of the rainbow Pwnies from Silent Sparrow. Yes I still need them, and yes I will trade an arm and a leg each for them. Please contact me here or in world if you know someone that doesn't want theirs. Innocent Juliet

I happened to get a notecard telling me about an awesome little sale at the new satellite location for The Sea Hole on Tableau. Well to celebrate she marked down her Laceback Tank tops to only 20L$ for each of the beautiful 6 colors but only at the new location at Tableau so here is the landmark. Hurry over to get them before she puts them back to full price! But of course I'm sure you want to see what I did when I snagged some of these beauties. I played innocent of course.

This tank made me feel girly and flirty and I was told that it needed pearls, and then I was gifted these beautiful pearls by my friend Kaylith. I have to say she gets me addicted to nearly everything. First cStar for my skins, now Maxi Gossamer for my jewelry, at least I paid her back with an addiction to the beautiful outfits at Vengeful Threads. But I think I managed to play off sweet and innocent, don't you?
