You Spin Me Right Round

So anyone that gets to know Kaylith knows she has a -thing- for Harley Quinn, probably has something to do with the clown like aspects but hey I won't judge. And well it has rubbed off on me to the point I'm actually reading the comics and have become rather obsessed with the red and black trouble maker myself. All this leads to silly ideas that start to come together when a knife throwers assistant outfit comes out the same time a Joker themed knife wheel. Now some more side not back story as to WHY my manic giggle escape my throat as the photo was forming in my minds eye. If you haven't seen The Devils Carnival you should get on it because it really is masterfully done and the way they bring Aesop's Fables to life are marvelous! But back to my point the story like of the scorpion and the frog is probably my favorite of the stories that they bring to like and it might have to do with the role Emilie Autumn plays, but if you have seen the movie you see how it ties to this post without me giving out any spoilers. Then the fact that the Joker themed wheel fell into my hands and well just about everyone that knows who Harley and Joker are knows their relationship woes so the plot thickened and I dragged my favorite partner in crime into my plots. Anyway enough of my rambling time to reveal the work of art that Kaylith photographed and edited.

Inner Compass

So, I meant to post this late last week or early this week and then I got repeatedly sucker punched in the feels. Born Villain

This one I was aiming much more for the art aspect rather than a blog post. I thought about creating a scene with the spoils of crime, the villainess being an evil kind of sexy and sultry all the while being able to carry her own. So to achieve this, I went for black and high class elements. So a hair up in a messy updo, a mink coat, and high platform boots was what came to mind. For accessories, some short gloves, leather and metal for the eyepatch and necklace, a long drag, and of course a firearm (nine millimeter pistol to be exact). Besides, it was just a great excuse to do a fierce blonde goth look and sexy pinup pose on a palette of money. Feels good to be evil, mwuahahah!

I Will Not Bow

So in case you have been under a rock like I was last week and have missed the first few day of The Lexi Project I hope you will climb out form under said rock and do some shopping for a good cause like I did. If you haven't heard the creator behind AngelRED Couture got some rather crappy news news at the end of June, she has Hodgkin's Lymphoma. And we all know that cancer sucks, which is why when one of our own gets hit with a nasty curve ball and opens up to us as a community we do what we can to help them win their fight. Thus the creation of The Lexi Project. Over 300 creators in SL have banded together to create this event that has 100% of profits going straight to Lexi to help her pay her medical bills through this tough time. So please if you have the urge to go on a SL check out The Lexi Project and allow your L$ to go to a good cause, or if you don't get the urge to buy all the purple things in SL you can donate L$ through one of the various kiosks, or donate directly on her GoFundMe page. So it is Project Limited time again and while I missed the rush to get some of the stuff I wanted there was still a few must haves left in stock and you should grab them before they are gone if they aren't already. For one Cute Poison put out this collar that she teased about on Facebook like a month ago before she got busy for the holidays and decided to save it for the event. Yes, I have been staring at her Facebook waiting for the release announcement; No I am not a stalker, just a loyal blogger that wants all the things 5 minutes ago to play with.

And I have to say Little Bones hair is totally catching my attention and Kaylith is to blame because she introduced me. So this week I gave myself a challenge since Olive came out with this adorable new hair, and I just normally don't do hats of any kind. So I said f-it I need to push my limits and thus the result.

Granted I cheated a little and went with the black knit instead of one of the brighter colors, but that's partially the limited edition color hud's fault.  Who doesn't love a set of dark fades? So cStar has been quite lately and today I started to learn why. Despite RL getting in the way she has been making skin even though she hasn't been on SL regularly and I managed to beg a copy of one of the new skins that I got a preview of when I wandered in while she was completely redoing the store today. So now that I got this shiny new computer up and running I was going to *try* to play catch-up on some of the awesomeness that I missed out blogging last month. The Devil's In The Details

I Write Sins Not Tragedies

So I FINALLY got my hands on the Evoke skin form cStar and I must say LOVE!!! It may look like I ate a pen, but I feel like I am channeling Sharron Needles and LOVE IT! I feel fierce and look it too. If I can bite a pen I can bite your head off too! But the skin isn't the only thing that makes this look come alive by any means. The new eyes form Kre-ations keep calling my name with the off the wall eye colors and beautiful detail that give them an otherworldly look. The new mesh ears form Zombie Suicide make pierced and gauged ears look too easy. The more I wear piercings in SL the more I want them IRL but with all the options in the add-on packs for these mesh ears I get to play around without having to submit myself to the needle for IRL piercings and I can change them at whim! All of the add-on packs come with multiple color/picture options for all of the sizes so your not having to re-buy the ears of the add-ons if you decide you want a bigger gauge in your ears (or a smaller one).

And yes I am continuing with my antler/horn addiction. I swear Half-Deer and Kre-ations started it and they just keep coming out with more stuff so I doubt the addiction is going anywhere soon. And Sn@tch is dead intent on making me feel pretty and sexy with all her releases these days because this corset totally hollered my name from across the store when I walked in. Mix that with the mesh pants from Auxiliary and the Maxi Gossamer Jewelry that always makes me free sexy and well you have one sexy chick willing to strut her stuff and take the names of anyone that turns their head to check out her ass (Because these jeans make it look damn fine!).

Blow Me One Last Kiss

I've been busying play Flesh Wrangler for a week so I decided to take some time out and do at least one blog post this week before I go back to trying to corral models. This post has a deeper meaning that just looking pretty too after thinking more about my last post and with what RL has thrown at me this past week. When one door closes another one opens and with the 2012 "door" closing the 2013 "door" is opening and i see lots of changes in my future so I will "blow 2012 one last kiss goodbye" before jumping through the door to start off my 2013 on a good foot.

But back to the clothing of awesome win! I LOVE the new corset dresses from SN@TCH, because awesome sexy dress that just screams "please come here I look pretty and you should want to make me yours". And sexy over the knee boots I love them soo! And then there is my newest horn fetish that has me spending all my L$ trying to get all of the rare horns in the Gatcha at the ZODIAC event, sadly I'm still missing Cosmic, but I'm hoping I get it before they are gone! Also the Gelf Collaboration ears that I absolutely ADORE now come in a short version that is just as much win as the original! Defiantly a must buy for anyone that likes to dress up as something other than plain old boring human!
