In my latest work I've really been experimenting with style, lighting, and posing. Mostly my own pose creations, but still. With this one you could say I was spacing out a bit (see what I did there) and playing with a rather retro look, with inspiration drawn from Buck Rogers. I have to say it was a bit of a challenge playing with whites and silvers and really working on getting the contrast just right, but it was incredibly fun. This entire look actually stemmed from playing with Zibska's Einarr jewelry set for Fantasy Gacha Carnival. Einarr is modifiable jewelry set that include a headpiece, shoulder pieces, and pasties. It comes in 8 variants (Viola, Smoke Aqua, Ruby Navy, Gold, Sienna, Forest, Cafe) and a rare that is a full version with 30 colors controlled via HUD. Styling it was fun and initially I had about two or three looks, but one of Zibska's previous dresses stood out to me in a way I looked at it and went, "THAT." and fought the asset server to get a copy because I just couldn't wait. For additional accessories, I went with Zibska's Arista set, which has a very futuristic feel to it and I felt complimented the straight lines of the dress collar. Then Zibska's Achillea boots tied in a bit too perfectly, which was a wonderful surprise. While my makeup was monotone and in the silver toning, I still felt like it needed a little extra something. I wasn't quite sure, so it took me a bit of shopping until I came across this septum piercing from Finesmith. It was perfection! Over all I really fell in love with this look. Posing proved difficult with the preexisting sets I had, just because nothing was making me happy. In the end I made my own unique pose and while I'm sure I'll probably never use it again, it was completely worth it.

In the words of Adore Delano, I'm a goddamn mermaid! But really, it's long overdue that I did a fantasy post of this caliber. It's really not often I see anyone jumping into the mer realm, but I couldn't resist when I laid my eyes upon this moonlight mermaid set from The Ugly and Beautiful. While it was a flexi tail rather than mesh, I didn't care, I thought it was so beautiful. It did present a little issue while trying to find poses, so I ended up making my own. When it came to accessorizing, Keystone happened to have two gachas of gorgeous jewelry out at the Fantasy Gacha. Both sets (Dia, Jewel) come in three metals (Copper, Gold, Silver), and have stunning headpieces, armlets, earrings, and a belt; though the jewel set has a matching nose chain. Dia specifically jumped out at me because it reminded me of a jewelry set that one could find in a treasure chest of a sunken ship. Since the gems are white and there's a silver metal, I think it was perfect for an albino mermaid. It seemed like it was missing something however and it took me a while to realized that I needed a unique makeup, so I turned to White Widow. It just so happens that they had the perfect makeup that matched the curves in the design of the tail, so I was completely overjoyed! From there, I jumped into the water for the shoot.

Mother's Day was an incredibly rough day for me since I lost my mother back in late 2013, so I was feeling uninspired the day of and days prior because my heart was hurting. However, the artist that is the owner and creator of Keystone handed me a blogger's box. I felt really honored when I opened the box to find this gorgeous jewelry set, then especially so when I saw that it's limited edition and only 200 sets are available for the duration of The Fantasy Gacha, then it's gone forever. The attention to detail on this jewelry set is jaw dropping in my opinion, because not only is it stunningly beautiful, it's also completely efficient and modifiable mesh. The set includes a pair of earrings, a pair of armlets, a bellychain, and an elegant headpiece. The set includes two metals (Gold, Dark Silver), and two gems (Onyx, Purple), with all options included (Gold/Purple, Gold/Onyx, Dark Silver Purple, Dark Silver Onyx). So if you love roleplay, fantasy, or just want to rock a unique jewelry set, I'd recommend grabbing your copy before it's gone forever! When I was styling up I initially started with a very gothic gown, but I realized it was distracting from the jewelry and I wanted the jewelry to be the main focus of this shoot. So I did a little shopping and went with a more simple camisk from Soedara that still paid homage to my dark tastes, yet let the jewelry take main focus. It included Slink Physique appliers, so I just HAD to have it. Finding a pose was pretty impossible for the look I wanted to achieve, so I ended up making one just for this shoot.

Morbid Intentions

This very morbid mind of mine will set your course into and early grave.

It's been a long while since I've played with horns, but getting to play with Aii's new gacha accessories for The Fantasy Gacha Carnival was irresistible. I could have gone with something scarier, but I decided to take a much more elegant approach. I aimed for primarily monotone with touches of red for color. Aii also recently released these fantasy eyebrows that really tickled my fancy; they come in black and white with appliers included. My outfit was nearly complete after I had finally figured out what hair I wanted to use (this voluminous sexy style from Moon), but I couldn't quite figure out what was missing. That is until I laid my eyes on this necklace that Zibska has out for We <3 Roleplay's 2nd birthday! It's elegant, beautiful, has included matching earrings, and comes with several HUD controlled color options. So once I was happy, I brought out one of my favorite structures and just moved a few piece around for the shoot.
