This is one I worked on purely for cathartic release. I wanted to portray the power and femininity of a true dominant woman, inspired after a woman that took my heart and touched my life. Bedroom sexy hair, black lingerie, her onyx ring, red lipstick and nails to match... so beautiful while the leather of her crop licks tender flesh.

The 11th Hour

So I love that the theme of Uber this round is celestial and of course I leaned more to the Sci-Fi parts of it right off the bat. I couldn't pass up the jacket or pants and they were instant buys for me. Pair that with Nunna, which Kaylith showed me ages ago for those added sci-fi makeup bits, and sYs, that place that I found the goggles last time I wanted them for a sci-fi look that I can't believe I haven't explored more of, and I found myself off exploring far off lands through space and time...

See Right Through Me

So for once I decided I could go a little bit bolder than is my norm and I have to say I don't think I did too bad. And you all should get excited because soon there will be a brand new computer build in my future and I can finally play with all the graphical goodness that I have been wanting to that my craptop can't handle. Though you will be losing me some to all the steam games I have bought on sale over the years and haven't been able to play. Anyways on to the sexy that is the rest of my haul from Uber.

I freaking squealed when I saw this corset, and that was before I found out exactly how detailed it is. What I thought was just an image panel is actually a see through panel with the skeleton rigged into it. And it is hard to pass up corset lacing wherever it is, so this hair was also an instant must and found me another hair place to play around with.

When I Met You In The Summer

Long title but it holds just a little bit of meaning for me right now so it stuck. Sorry that my posts are getting more and more sporadic, the new job has me not wanting to look at a computer when I get home, and then there is the new boy that's gotten my attention IRL. Offer to play MtG with me once and I may never leave.... But back to the actual blog post! So I've been in a girly mood lately (I wonder why) so I decided to bounce out of my edgy phase for a bit and be bright and summery! The new event that Truth has started putting on (Uber) was just the place to find what I was looking for!

Girly and beachy and just downright fun the event had a bunch of awesome summer stuff out and I made grabby hands all around.

A Glittery New Year

2013 is almost upon me and thinking back to this year a lot has changed and my SL is almost nothing like it was when 2012 started. At the beginning I was a +DV8+ Live Model, a +DV8+ Dreadnought, a SLRDA Referee, a Mall Manager, a Shop owner. As the year went on I let go of being a derby girl then refereeing as well. +DV8+ closed it's doors and my Modeling and Mall Managing went with it. I decided I wasn't up to being a shop owner at this stage in SL and packed it up to play with later. Though the new year isn't all about what I've lost, I've gained a lot as well. I'm newly managing the Dare Designs Models that will be starting with the new year, I'm now blogging my heart out and enjoying every minute of the challenges that comes with styling for a blog using things I picked up when modeling and adding them to the tricks I learn on the way. I've lost friends, I've gained enemies, I've made better friends, and I've learned form all of this along the way.

So with all that being said I realized today I wanted to make a post to help remember the past year and bring in the new one with some sparkle to remind myself of the promising new year ahead and to show how far I've come (at least with my blogging and styling) so far.
