Can't Fight the Moonlight

Well, as it is tradition, I am part of the Fallen God and Goddesses Election this year and I have to show off my entry and expand on the look because that's just how I roll these days. This year my entry literally got in just under the wire and I couldn't have pulled it off without the help of my epic partner in crime Kaylith. This year I moved away from the more defined goddess aspect and moved more towards what felt natural to me at this time of year and I can't say I'm the least bit sorry. I LOVED last years picture and actually had it mostly planned for 6 months waiting for the competition while I honed my skills and Kaylith did the same. This year I looked up and the time to put in my entry was upon us and Kaylith and I looked at each other and went "k, time to do what we do best". So here is what I am going to consider OUR entry since I could not possibly have done it without her help and she didn't have the chance to do one herself.

I went from Goddess in 2012, to priestess goddess in 2013, to straight up witchcraft this year, but I'm still rocking that Fallen Gods skin goodness! If you have a few minutes please go vote for me and any of the other great pictures on the walls HERE.

Bathory

It's almost Halloween, so it's time to break out the creepy and scary! First up, one of my favorites, Elizabeth Bathory. By far one of the most gruesome tales, Countess Elizabeth Bathory would bathe in the blood of virgin girls in order to retain her youth. Because of this she is one of the most well know and prolific female serial killers in history, earning the title of The Bloody Countess.
Since I'm a Kaylith and I love these kinds of things, I wanted to recreate Bathory in my own style. Pure Poison happened to have a gown that was gorgeous and perfectly regal. With some vampiric eyes from Death Row Designs, a bloody vampiric mess from Suicidal Unborn, and the perfect slink hand tattoos from Clemmm, Elizabeth Bathory was brought to (second) life! Mwuah ha ha ha~!!!

Sweet Talker

So with this look I found myself once again going my typical monochrome, but with a light-hearted feel to it. I wanted to go a little more cutesy, then ended up dropping by Violent Seduction to pick up two of their cutest blouses. I couldn't decide on whether I wanted the black or white one, so I got both, then wore the black tie with the white top. A cute skirt Sn@tch and L. Warwick shoes went perfectly, so then it was time for accessories and makeup. cStar Limited's Miss July gacha skin is gorgeous and come with soft colors that were gorgeous, I had to just wear it and show it off.

Clowning Around

My heart goes out today to my bestie, my other half, my partner in crime. It was one year ago today that she lost her mother, her rock. But I am so proud of her because she has had it rough and has still managed to push through continuing her education and doing what she loves. So today I honor her and her mother's memory as I clown around.

On Razors Edge

Okay so now that Con is over and I had a weekend to relax and get my head back on straight let's try this again. I know I'm slacking as a blogger and haven't been able to make the time, but that's why I resigned from most of the sponsored positions I've had and am now sticking to the few brands I can't bear to stop calling my sponsors and using the big girl money I make now to support my habit. Disenchanted

Collabor88 and We <3 Role-Play got me channeling my inner Grecian goddess and I dragged Kaylith in on it. Bella Muerte

So Project Limited started up back on the 10th and I did manage to sim border shop and grab myself some goodies in the first days, however RL decided to grab hold and distract me from getting these limited edition goodies posted as fast as I wanted to. So Rhapsody started this past weekend and thanks to my new job I got started styling and then RL took hold but this weekend I should be able to play catch-up some before it is too late for you to explore the awesome set-up and grab the goodies that are up for sale. Anyways I started out playing with the bright colors of the pop and electronic sections for the most part because well rainbow hair and a rainbow dress it was truly too hard to resist!

And that fact that the Glam Affair group gift played well with the bright colors might have been an added bonus. Either way I loved the bright colorful bubbles of the Pop area of the event and just had to play in them.
